Are you a dynamic leader in the field of Physician Compensation with a passion for contributing to sales, product development, positioning, and overall service line leadership? We are seeking a strategic leader, experienced in Physician Compensation to join our company as an SVP. If you come from a Physician Services Consulting background or have led Provider Compensation or financial operations for a Medical Group, we are interested in talking with you. This pivotal role will work alongside accomplished teams at Hallmark Healthcare Workforce Technology and will provide strategic advice and guidance to prospective and current clients regarding how technology can impact their Physician Compensation efforts. You will be responsible for major projects and leading key internal initiatives as a company leader.
 
 Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  • Managing through the entire sales process from initial engagement through commitment for monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals.
  • Coordinate and support essential prospective client assessment effort to align buyer side expectation with system functionality.
  • Function as a company brand ambassador and product expert.
  • Lead strategy and market penetration efforts.
  • Provide guidance on the organizational transformation that comes with technology adoption from client perspective.
  • Develop expert level knowledge of HII offerings and how the solution benefits the market.
  • Partner with leaders on the development of future prospect engagement ideas and materials.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, and proficiently demonstrate our complex software solution to clients through collaboration with the demo teams. 
  • Establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer base.
  • Use data analysis of sales performance, accounts, competition, and trends to implement market penetration plans and account-based strategies to win enterprise software deals. 
  • Understand specific customer needs and guide towards a solution which best supports their unique objectives.
  • Contribute/participate in key trade show activities as applicable.
  • Support the management team by providing insights into market dynamics, and strategic actions being used to effectively close target opportunities. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Lead proactive discussions with physician groups to understand their needs and preferences regarding compensation.
What you will bring to this role: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in a Physician Compensation consulting role, Physician Compensation Lead Executive or you have managed a large physician practice finance team
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare compensation methodologies and industry standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
