Physician (Telehealth) - Licensed in 30 states or more

We are looking for Physicians, licensed in 30 states or more to provide statutory supervision for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as we grow our virtual medical practice. The business is run by Advanced Practice Providers. Physicians provide supervision and serve as resources to our interdisciplinary team that includes PAs, NPs and Nurses as needed. Minimal time required to consult and conduct periodic reviews. No need to be on call. We do not managed or prescribe controlled substances. Exciting, fast growing, paradigm shifting business. Greater involvement is possible for those Physicians who may be interested.

Responsibilities

• Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information
• Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration
• Collaborate with other Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high performing team
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients
• Remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine
• Interstate Medical Licensure Compact - strongly preferred

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Physician
• Experience in providing care in a telemedicine setting
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics throughout the lifespan
• Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• Respect for patient’s confidentiality
• Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) - in good standing
• DEA License
• Licensed in 30 or more states and territories

Salary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
