In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier physicians in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities across the country.<br>This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare staffing.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Source, screen, and recruit qualified physicians (MD/DO) for permanent, part-time, PRN, or contract placements</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive physician candidates using job boards, databases, cold call outreach, referrals, and social media</li><li>Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and interest</li><li>Coordinate interviews between physicians and facility Regional Operations Directors, and manage the process through to offer acceptance and other assigned task</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS</li><li>Collaborate with the client services team, and overseas off shore Candidate Sourcing Center to understand staffing needs and prioritize roles</li><li>Ensure full compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards</li><li>Deliver a top-tier experience to both physicians and clients</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3 + years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing</li><li>Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment</li><li>Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Doximity, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting for multiple specialties (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine)</li><li>Familiarity with licensing, credentialing, and privileging processes</li><li>Experience building external partnerships with Residencies and Fellowship Programs</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Paid time off (PTO) and holidays</li><li>401(k) plan with employer matching contributions</li><li>Short-term and long-term disability insurance</li><li>Medical, vision, and dental insurance</li><li>Employer-paid life insurance policy</li></ul></div>
