In this role, you will serve as a trusted clinical authority, supporting complex patient cases while guiding fellow clinicians in high-level medical decision-making. Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary escalation point for clinicians managing complex perimenopause and menopause cases, ensuring timely and evidence-based clinical guidance.
- Support direct patient care activities, including escalated visits, medication management, laboratory review, and DEA-related physician encounters.
- Participate in clinical coverage rotations and provide rapid-response support to clinicians during designated working hours.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to refine care protocols, improve patient safety standards, and strengthen quality assurance initiatives.
- Analyze clinical trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute insights that enhance care delivery and operational excellence.
- Fulfill physician collaboration responsibilities in designated states while maintaining compliance with telehealth and licensing requirements.
- Contribute to clinician education, mentorship, and best-practice development across a multidisciplinary virtual care team.
Requirements:
- Board-Certified MD or DO with a strong track record of clinical excellence in women’s health or related specialties.
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience managing perimenopause and menopause care, including complex, multi-comorbidity cases.
- Active clinical practice within the past 5 years and demonstrated expertise in hormone replacement therapy and midlife women’s health management.
- Prior telehealth experience, including managing escalated clinical situations in a virtual environment.
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses across multiple U.S. states; minimum of 5 active state licenses required.
- Strong expertise in cancer survivorship care and hormone-related long-term risk management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, clinical leadership, and collaborative decision-making skills.
- Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week with dedicated availability during scheduled clinical support hours.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
