These requirements include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Annual re-evaluations</li><li>Six-month progress notes</li><li>Discharge summaries</li><li>Early Intervention paperwork (if needed).</li></ul></li><li>Be available to provide physical therapy services, attending meetings and conferences, and other related duties during the days and hours stipulated in the Employee Handbook and Therapist Supplement.</li><li>Be available to children and families to ensure continuity of care and proper management of treatment.</li><li>Participate in all required meetings for professional development and growth.</li><li>Provide feedback to administration regarding ways to enhance continued improvement of the company.</li><li>Participate in one-on-one meetings with leader.</li><li>Respond positively to feedback concerning job performance.</li><li>Participate in Multidisciplinary conferences, as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application.</li></ul><p class="ignore-global-css"><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</em></p><p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p><p class="ignore-global-css"><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span class="ignore-global-css">What you have:</span></span></strong></p><ul class="ignore-global-css"><li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.</li><li>Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.</li><li>Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.</li><li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li><li>Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.</li><li>Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li><li>Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.</li></ul><p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p><p class="ignore-global-css"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Minimum Requirements:</span></strong></span></p><ul class="ignore-global-css"><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license as approved by the Oklahoma licensing board.</span></li><li class="ignore-global-css" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Pediatric Experience (preferred)</span></li></ul><p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p><p class="ignore-global-css"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Physical Demands:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p class="ignore-global-css">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing. The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
