What you'll do
- Own key parts of the physician engagement lifecycle—from onboarding and education to documentation and ongoing support.
- Track and manage completion of required documentation (e.g., attestations, onboarding forms), proactively following up to drive completion.
- Support the rollout and adoption of physician-facing tools and resources, ensuring physicians know how to use them and find value.
- Assist in the development of internal documentation and SOPs to standardize physician operations workflows.
- Use data to monitor engagement, surface trends, and recommend actions to increase physician satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, reporting, and overall efficiency.
What you'll bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, provider support, or client-facing roles (healthcare or startup experience strongly preferred).
- A service-oriented mindset and strong written/verbal communication skills—you can explain complex things simply.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail—you keep things from falling through the cracks.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems (e.g., Google Suite, Hubspot).
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A genuine interest in supporting healthcare professionals and improving their experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
