General Medicine is a national, tech-enabled medical group delivering comprehensive adult care through telemedicine. Founded by the innovators behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health), our mission is to make accessing care as seamless as shopping online. We are an early-stage startup — we move fast, build with intention, and need team members excited to shape the future of care delivery from the ground up.
Patient-Centered Access: We meet patients where they are, guided by evidence-based medicine.
Whole-Spectrum Adult Care: Urgent, acute, and primary care supported by an internal subspecialist network. No gatekeeping — we move care forward.
Technology with Purpose: AI-enhanced tools handle intake, documentation, and coordination so clinicians focus on decisions.
Accessible, Not Concierge: We accept insurance (including Medicare/Medicaid) and self-pay, with an operational backbone for referrals, labs, and scheduling.
Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous (chat/triage) telemedicine — 36 clinical hours per week.
Care for a diverse patient population including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
Collaborate with our subspecialist network across medical and surgical disciplines.
Leverage AI-enhanced workflows (Nabla scribe AI, automated routing, integrated clinical notes) to maximize clinical decision-making time.
