Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate medical care through virtual consultations, leveraging AI-infused technology to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection strategies, empowering them to take control of their health.
- Collaborate with a hand-picked, highly engaged clinical team to deliver integrated care and support patient needs.
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education to enhance patient care.
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited United States School of Medicine; MD or DO
- Board Certified / Board Eligible required (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine is highly desired
- Current Interstate Medical Licensure Compact preferred
- Current license in the state of practice ( Texas or Kentucky) or willing to become licensed
- Current DEA Certificate
- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification
- Passion for building strong patient relationships and delivering high-quality, virtual care.
- Commitment to transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, virtual-first care environment
- ACLM Certification preferred
