This remote clinical role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful behavioral health support to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through accessible virtual care.
The therapist will deliver evidence-based treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team dedicated to improving youth mental health outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The therapist will provide high-quality virtual behavioral therapy services while supporting the emotional and developmental needs of children, teens, young adults, and their families. The role requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy sessions for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
  • Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and regularly adjust treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), across virtual care settings.
  • Support clients experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other behavioral health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in accordance with established policies and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other clinical professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to improve therapeutic approaches, workflows, and overall client experience.
  • Participate in a collaborative care environment focused on measurable outcomes and improved access to mental health services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with experience providing therapy to youth populations and families. Strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and comfort with virtual care delivery are essential.

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent active licensure, residing in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, or Illinois.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children aged 4+ and their families.
  • Strong experience delivering effective CBT-based therapy through telehealth.
  • Demonstrated ability to treat pediatric behavioral health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and case management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Availability for after-school and weekend appointments is considered a plus.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are considered an advantage.

    • Independently Licensed Therapists: $60–$80 per hour.
    • Associate/Intern Therapists: $30–$45 per hour.
