Virtual Therapist – LMFT / LPC / LCSW | Texas

Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We’re hiring a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to provide high-quality therapy services from your home. In this fully remote role, you’ll support individuals and groups across Texas, guiding them through life’s challenges with proven strategies. Your work will help clients build insight and practical skills for everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups.
• Develop and update personalized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused methods.
• Perform thorough assessments to inform care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers when integrated support is needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with state and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Active Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of therapy experience (telehealth experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Comfortable working independently in a secure remote environment.
