What’s the position?
The VIP Coding Specialist sits within the VIP Analytics division and reports directly to the VIP Marketing Analytics Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the accurate coding, assignment, and maintenance of VIP players to Account Managers and Hosts across casino and sportsbook verticals.

You’ll work closely with VIP leadership, analysts, and operations teams to ensure player assignments align with performance metrics, segmentation strategies, and business rules. This role is essential to maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and consistency across VIP player management.

Responsibilities
Player Coding & Assignment
Support the accurate coding and assignment of VIP and pVIP players to Account Managers and Hosts
Maintain player-to-host relationships in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Ensure player assignments align with established criteria, performance metrics, and VIP segmentation guidelines.
Assist in resolving situations involving multiple Account Managers or Hosts assigned to a single player.

Data Accuracy & Maintenance
Audit player coding regularly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Support data clean-up initiatives related to player assignments, inactive accounts, or reassignment needs.
Identify and escalate discrepancies in player coding or assignment logic.

Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with the VIP Marketing Analytics Manager and analytics team to support player segmentation and reporting needs.
Partner with VIP leadership, Account Managers, and Operations to execute reassignment requests and updates.
Assist with documentation of coding rules, assignment logic, and standard operating procedures.
Â
Operational & Analytical Support
Support ad-hoc requests related to player movement, reassignment, or portfolio balancing.
Assist in tracking player assignment changes to support reporting and performance reviews.
Provide administrative and analytical support for VIP analytics initiatives as needed.

Other Duties as Assigned
Support additional VIP analytics and operational initiatives related to player management and data integrity.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of VIP operations and player management workflows. You take pride in accuracy and consistency and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly.

You’ll succeed if you:
Have 1–3 years of experience in analytics support, operations, CRM, or data coordination.
Are comfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Possess strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge (or a willingness to learn).
Have a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Can manage repetitive tasks with consistency while handling time-sensitive requests.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have an interest in gaming, VIP operations, or data analytics.
