Our Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven professional with a PTA or Physical Therapist background who’s ready to make an impact outside of the clinic! In this role, you’ll help connect top Physical Therapists to Luna’s platform, shaping the future of patient care while tackling PT burnout in a meaningful way.
As part of our Therapist Acquisition team, you’ll function like an inside sales pro—building relationships, engaging prospects in creative ways, and fueling our mission with every connection. Strong customer service and marketing outreach are at the forefront of this position where you’ll design sourcing strategies to attract top talent from both external networks and our CRM. This is a fully remote role where your performance and passion directly support Luna’s mission, vision, and values. How you will have an impact- Execute diverse sourcing strategies (social media, Boolean searches, emails, calls, referrals, etc) to consistently deliver qualified PT candidates through authentic relationships with physical therapists
- Build and maintain pipeline to convert interest into active sign-ups
- Sign physical therapists to the Luna platform that achieve quarterly growth goals
- Streamline and optimize processes to improve speed, quality, and volume of leads
- Collaborate with Therapist Success and Credentialing to ensure new PTs have a world-class onboarding experience
- Own job postings across platforms and keep candidate pipelines up-to-date in the ATS/CRM
- Maintain accurate, organized candidate data, market insights, and playbooks to support long term growth strategies that consider therapist supply and patient/partner demand.
- Work with sales, marketing, and physician relations to prioritize high-demand markets and drive sourcing efficiency
- Leverage clinical background to contribute to blog writing (as needed), social media, and Luna branding initiatives that showcase our mission and strengthen our talent brand

You'll be a great fit if you have- PTA or Physical Therapist background (required)
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales or business development; ie. ~15%+ of previous role(s)
- Track record of meeting/exceeding weekly & quarterly goals
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean, social media)
- Strong written communication; able to apply clinical expertise in blogs, social media & employer branding
- Highly motivated, proactive, and organized
- Strong understanding of Luna's model, our unique market position, and a passion for how Luna is changing the delivery of healthcare for patients and clinicians

$85,000 - $90,000 a year
Above compensation is total annually, inclusive of base salary of $60-$65k plus $25K annual variable opportunity.
Variable is not effective until after 90 day probationary period as new hires ramp up in their position.
