OpenTelemed Services LLC operates a nationwide telehealth network partner program, offering independent telehealth practice opportunities. As part of this program, practitioners will be assigned between 200 and 500 network patients each month. You can apply if you are licensed in any state.

Responsibilities

  • Provide various telehealth services, including routine e-visit consultations, pre- and post-operative care, remote monitoring, health and wellness counseling, diet plans, mental health services, teleprimary care, and specialized care services based on your expertise.
  • Ensure swift and efficient patient care through virtual consultations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up as needed.

Requirements

  • Physicians, dietitians, nutritionists, holistic practitioners, RNs, NPs, MAs, PAs, LPAs, and other non-practitioners under our supervision.
  • Compliance enrollments required: PECOS, CLIA (if practicing lab), SAM for EUI to qualify for incentives, etc.
  • This is a 1099 NEC position, offering flexibility and privacy.
  • Ideal for practitioners looking to contribute part-time, work from home, or those with existing private clinics.
  • Open to both non-physician practitioners and physicians. All will be able to get paid directly from UHA.
  • UHA is our benefit coverage service provider entity that enrolls practitioners.

  • UHA offers a quarterly capitation reward of $50k, along with a 5% increase in passive capitation rewards for assigned patients.
  • Access to the Patient Roster Assurance Agreement, the network TPCP handbook, UHA capitation welcome letter, and coverage guidelines provided by UHA upon signing the agreement.
  • Complete telehealth training, digital platform, EMR, malpractice insurance, insurance credentialing, support staff, EDI, billers and coders, business email, and all other resources.
  • Based on an average of 10 to 15 appointments per day, with payouts ranging from $90 to $700 per eVisit, practitioners can expect a significant income opportunity.
    • For example, at the minimum payout of $90 per eVisit and 10 appointments per day, the annual income would be approximately $225,000 ($90 x 10 appointments x 250 working days) + Network Capitation Rewards.
