About the role

We are seeking a highly professional and safety-conscious Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to serve as the "face" of our clinical promise. At Fresh, we bridge the gap between independent aesthetic practitioners and the complex regulatory landscape by providing robust safety infrastructure.

This role is designed for a clinician who wants to move beyond transactional assessments and provide a "gold standard" of virtual care that is empathetic, thorough, and deeply integrated into patient safety. As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner you will ensure every patient is legally cleared via a virtual Good Faith Exam (GFE) and that our members have expert clinical backup for complication management.

What you'll do

This is a remote, flexible contract role requiring a self-starter who can operate autonomously during their scheduled shifts to maintain a compliant platform for our members.

• Virtual Good Faith Exams (GFE): Conduct timely, thorough video assessments to determine patient candidacy for aesthetics, IV hydration, and wellness treatments.
• Expanded Clinical Scope: Provide assessments and expertise across injectables, laser treatments (including resurfacing lasers like CO2/Erbium), medical-grade chemical peels, sexual health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and weight loss.
• Compliance & Residency Verification: Verify that the patient is a resident in the state where the GFE is performed and ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards.
• Scope Enforcement: Monitor for and report if a member is requesting a treatment that is not approved or is outside of their legal scope of practice.
• Clinical "Help Desk": Serve as a resource for members by answering questions regarding dosing, protocols, or adverse event management.
• Documenting with Precision: Maintain consistent and accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Mandatory Engagement: Participate in required training webinars and community meetings to maintain proficiency in all procedures supported by Fresh.

We'd love you to have

• Clinical Experience: 3+ years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or a relevant aesthetic specialty (Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery).
• Procedure Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the diagnoses, treatment options, and risks associated with common aesthetics and wellness treatments.
• Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing; multi-state licensure is highly preferred.
• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous messaging.
• Virtual Presence: Ability to build trust and rapport through a screen in under 10 minutes.
