This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, program performance, and client partnership within a fast-growing telemedicine environment. The Service Excellence Manager - RN acts as the primary clinical liaison for neurology programs, ensuring seamless collaboration between providers, hospital partners, and internal teams. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing clinical workflows that support high-quality virtual care delivery. The position involves supporting program launches, driving continuous performance improvement, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. You will regularly analyze clinical and operational data to identify opportunities for better patient outcomes and service efficiency. Operating in a fully remote setting, you will engage with multidisciplinary stakeholders across multiple healthcare environments. This is a highly impactful role focused on improving access to care at scale.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support neurology program implementations by developing, refining, and optimizing clinical workflows that ensure effective telemedicine delivery.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison for partner facilities, maintaining strong relationships with providers, nursing staff, and medical leadership to resolve workflow and practice-related issues.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data, prepare reports, and present insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive evidence-based performance enhancements.
  • Coordinate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, using benchmarks, KPIs, and regulatory standards to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Support training and education for partner facility staff to ensure smooth adoption of telemedicine tools and clinical coordination processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical administration and leadership teams to improve communication, operational efficiency, and program performance.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for regulatory and accreditation requirements while maintaining alignment with clinical best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical or hospital-based settings.
  • Prior experience as a charge nurse, nurse supervisor, or similar leadership role strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience working with multiple EMR systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote role with occasional travel as needed.
