This role is for clinicians who want to focus on care—without commuting, office distractions, or rigid systems. As a Licensed Counselor in our remote setting, you’ll guide clients through virtual sessions and stay connected with a team that values your input. You’ll be given the structure and flexibility to do your job well while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000/year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual and family counseling
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation
• Work collaboratively with other providers and clinical leadership
• Develop tailored treatment plans and adjust as needed

• Join weekly virtual team meetings for support and updates

Requirements

• Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in New York
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation
• Ability to build rapport over video and manage care virtually
• Tech-savvy mindset and a secure, professional remote setup
