Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Description

This opportunity is designed for Arkansas-licensed therapists seeking stability in a remote clinical role. You will focus on therapy delivery while supporting consistent care standards and documentation practices across the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment updates
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches
• Offer clinical insight on higher-needs cases
• Support adherence to care protocols
• Maintain state and ethical compliance

Requirements

• Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Reliable time management and clinical judgment
