Remote Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
This Remote Licensed Therapist role offers a stable, daytime schedule and a clear structure. You’ll work with clients who are juggling work, family, and personal stress and are looking for straightforward, honest support. Most of your week will be spent in sessions, with time built in for documentation and coordination with other professionals.

Main Duties:

• Provide individual telehealth therapy on a set weekly schedule.
• Conduct assessments and document diagnostic impressions.
• Collaborate with clients to build and revise treatment plans.
• Complete notes and documentation within required timeframes.
• Communicate with other providers involved in each client’s care.
• Take part in remote supervision, peer consultation, and staff check-ins.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
• Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
