Remote Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Snapshot:
In this Virtual Mental Health Therapist role, you’ll meet clients where they are: on their lunch break, between shifts, or at home in the evening. Your job is to use that time well. You’ll provide structured, goal-oriented therapy, help clients build concrete coping strategies, and keep the work grounded in what matters to them.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Hold video-based therapy sessions with a consistent caseload.
• Gather history, clarify main concerns, and complete clinical assessments.
• Develop treatment plans that fit the realities of each client’s life.
• Document all sessions, plans, and clinical decisions in the EMR on time.
• Coordinate with other providers or family supports when appropriate.
• Join scheduled virtual staff meetings, trainings, and clinical discussions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
• Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
