Remote Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Remote Clinical Therapist to join a growing telehealth team. Your role is to offer a reliable, calm space where clients can talk openly and work on real, day-to-day issues. The work is straightforward: scheduled video sessions, careful assessment, practical interventions, and clear communication with the rest of the care team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete virtual intakes and clinical assessments.
• Create person-centered treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
• Provide ongoing telehealth therapy and adjust goals as clients progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, plans, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers via secure communication tools.
• Participate in regular online team meetings and case consultations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
• Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
