Remote Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Position:
This Telehealth Therapist role is ideal for a clinician who wants consistent hours and the flexibility of remote work. You’ll provide one-on-one therapy sessions by video, help clients set realistic goals, and support them as they work through life transitions, work stress, family issues, and more. You’ll have a defined caseload and clear expectations so you can plan your week with confidence.

Duties:

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via a secure video platform.
• Conduct intake assessments and update diagnostic impressions as needed.
• Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with each client.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with other providers and support services when coordination is needed.
• Attend virtual staff meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
• Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
