Remote Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide video-based therapy to clients across Texas. Your day will be a mix of scheduled sessions, thoughtful documentation, and collaboration with a supportive clinical team. Clients will rely on you to help them manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and other daily challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients through secure telehealth sessions on a regular schedule.
• Complete intake assessments and develop clear, goal-focused treatment plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document each session in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other supports when needed.
• Participate in virtual team check-ins, case reviews, and trainings.
• Use established protocols for safety, risk assessment, and crisis response.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with technology and electronic health records.
• Able to manage a structured caseload from a home office environment.
