Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based virtual counseling services to a diverse adult population. The work involves guiding clients through therapy sessions, helping them build coping strategies, and creating treatment plans tailored to their needs. This is a client-facing position where you’ll balance clinical documentation with direct therapeutic care. You’ll also engage with peers for clinical collaboration, ensuring best practices are maintained across all cases.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year with full benefits

Duties:

• Provide online therapy sessions to adults and couples
• Conduct assessments and create treatment goals
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Take part in team-based peer consultations
• Deliver care that aligns with professional standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Current Wisconsin license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Comfortable working with clients virtually
