Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. From Saint Paul or elsewhere in the state, you’ll support clients via video sessions, follow structured treatment frameworks, and report to a clinical supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy appointments according to a set schedule
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supervising therapist for case consultation
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records
• Join virtual staff meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
• Active MN license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Tech-comfortable and organized in a remote work setting
