Remote Mental Health Therapist

Location: Baltimore, MD
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide virtual mental health services to Maryland clients from the comfort of your home office. You’ll handle intakes, ongoing counseling, and case coordination while supported by a team that manages referrals and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer individual teletherapy to adults and/or adolescents
• Complete comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Build and maintain treatment plans with clear objectives
• Document all services in an EMR in a timely, compliant manner
• Join clinical meetings and case reviews to support quality of care

Requirements

• Active Maryland license as LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health preferred
• Proficient with technology and comfortable working remotely
