Remote Behavioral Health Therapist

• Provide integrated behavioral health care among a team of primary and specialty care providers with attention to clinical quality and patient-centricity
• Maintain a caseload of patients, conducting 30 to 45 minute therapy sessions for patients residing in a state of licensure
• Work with a diverse patient population, fostering inclusivity of all backgrounds
• Solve patient problems efficiently by collaborating with team members and leveraging expertise

• 5+ years experience in providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology into practice
• Trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT
• Comfortable in providing safety planning and intervention for clients with higher risks
• Licensed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma
• Active license as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) required
• Active license in OR is required
• Bonus for professional fluency in Spanish, understanding cultural nuances in medical settings
