Involves Senior Director with any concerns that cannot be immediately/easily resolved.</li><li>Attends Multidisciplinary conferences upon request.</li><li>Attends administrative meetings and provides input into center policies and procedures.</li><li>Assists with new hire orientation relating to health and safety issues.</li><li>Provides relevant health and safety training to staff as needed.</li><li>Monitors for potential abuse or neglect situations and follows the required DHS reporting guidelines for any suspected issues.</li><li>Conducts reviews of the preschool to ensure that health related Arkansas Childcare Licensing and EIDT requirements are being followed.</li><li>Assists with referrals for additional health-related services and/or specialties.</li></ul><span
