This includes contacting patients, documenting communications, following up on lab escalations, and collaborating with providers to ensure all patient interactions are appropriately managed and documented. </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">This role is also responsible for patient education, ensuring patients understand their lab results and any necessary next steps in their care, as well as providing study specific information that is tailored to the patient.</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0"> Furthermore, they serve as a point of escalation for the Member Services team, addressing complex inquiries related to lab results and </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">assisting</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0"> in the resolution of patient concerns by </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">providing</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0"> clinical insights </span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">and ensuring patients receive </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">accurate</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0"> information and </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">appropriate follow-up</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW150811092 BCX0">.
