- Monitor all patient cases for delays or obstacles and coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure seamless transition of patients from Expanded Access Programs to approved therapy access with urgency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of access barriers, interventions, and outcomes to support regulatory compliance.
- Foster collaboration and a “one-team” approach with internal teams and external partners, including field reimbursement, pharmacy, medical, quality, and patient access leadership.
- Uphold a culture of patient advocacy, compliance, urgency, and customer-centric care.
- Participate in meetings and external engagements as needed to support patient access and program improvements.

- Expertise in HIPAA regulations and Adverse Event (AE) reporting.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing complex patient cases.
- Experience in targeted oncology therapies, rapid-growth companies, or regional patient support operations preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 – $189,000 USD, adjusted for location and experience.
