Regional Clinical Manager – Lead with Purpose at Ultra Health Providers

At Ultra Health Providers, we’re redefining clinical leadership in long-term care. As a Regional Clinical Manager (RCM), you’ll guide and support a team of advanced practice clinicians dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the geriatric population in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.


This role is ideal for experienced nurse practitioners who are ready to take the next step in leadership. You'll manage day-to-day clinical operations, drive improvement in quality and hospital avoidance metrics, and shape the future of care through training, mentorship, and performance development.

Preferred Qualifications

Must live in Ohio and have Ohio Nurse Practitioner License

Nurse Practitioner OR Regional Nursing Home Clinical Leadership

Nursing Home Experience

Previous supervisory or management experience

Previous experience in internal medicine and geriatrics strongly preferred

Excellent administrative, organizational and verbal skills

Travel required, often requiring Tuesday through Thursday travel when on-boarding new providers in distant markets (approximately 75%)

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

$1,200,000 - $1,250,000 a year
