What You’ll Be Doing (Once We’re Hiring in Your State)
When a role opens up, here’s what to expect:
- Conduct thorough initial evaluations and collaborate with clients to build thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or both.
- Provide ongoing follow-ups with your clients—at minimum monthly—to evaluate effectiveness, adjust care plans, and support progress toward treatment goals.
- Deliver talk therapy using a variety of modalities. Our clients often prefer an integrated approach that includes both medication management and therapy, so being comfortable in both areas is key.
