Position Overview: Registered Nurse (Pre-Op)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Pre-Operative Care to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of service in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Deliver direct patient care, monitoring progress and responding to patient needs.

Provide virtual and telephonic preoperative consultations, ensuring patients understand instructions, risks, and expectations for upcoming treatments.

Educate patients on wellness strategies and treatment options, promoting a holistic, personalized care experience.

Build strong relationships with patients by offering empathetic support and collecting feedback to enhance services.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.

Manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment, prioritizing based on clinical urgency.

Review patient histories and virtual health data with high attention to detail to ensure safe and effective pre-op planning.

Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt quickly to new wellness initiatives as the company evolves.

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive care strategies.

Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of all patient interactions and care plans.

Respond effectively to medical emergencies when necessary.

Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.


Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to candidates outside of Texas)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

5–7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in outpatient, preventive, or pre-op care

Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, treatment protocols, and medical equipment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities

Patient-focused with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to care
