Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.</p></div><p><strong>This position offers competitive pay, generous benefits and a supportive work environment.</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Music Therapist</strong> to provide comprehensive music therapy assessment and treatment interventions for pediatric patients, siblings, and families.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Schedule</strong></span></p><p>This position is 1 day per week covering counties including <strong>Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda Counties.</strong></p><p><em><strong>By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.</strong></em><br><br><strong><u>Essential Duties & Responsibilities include </u></strong>(but are not limited to):</p><ul><li>Facilitates music therapy interventions and activities that are age and developmentally</li><li>Plans, implements, and documents music therapy assessment and treatment interventions for pediatric patients and</li><li>Facilitates music therapy groups and one-on-one</li><li>Builds rapport and trust as part of patients’ and families’ therapeutic support</li></ul><p><strong><u>Education/Experience</u>:</strong></p><ul><li>One year's experience in a health care setting</li></ul><p><strong><u>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)</li><li>Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car</li></ul><p><u><strong>Pay Range:</strong></u><br>$40.00 - $43.00 hourly </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>By the Bay Health is proud to serve our community as an equal employment opportunity employer.
