The schedule is expected to be Monday – Friday 10am - 6pm local time with flexibility based on member needs, visit locations, and virtual acute care support.Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, District of ColumbiaActive RN compact licensure required. What You’ll DoAs a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care Registered Nurse, you serve as the clinical bridge between home-based care and virtual acute care. You will deliver high-quality, family centered care in the home and community while flexing into virtual acute care nursing to support urgent pediatric needs.In this role you will:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Travel to members’ homes and community settings to deliver episodic, longitudinal, and urgent pediatric care.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build trusted, compassionate relationships with children and families, ensuring coordinated, culturally responsive care.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate within an integrated care team including physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, navigators, social workers, and therapists.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct and document in-home assessments; perform procedures such as ear irrigation, point-of-care testing, IV placement and lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide patient and family education, follow-up care, and care coordination using the Imagine Pediatrics platform.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Flex into the virtual acute care RN role to conduct virtual assessments and manage urgent pediatric needs using established protocols.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document care in the EMR (Athena) and communicate with families through Imagine Pediatrics’ proprietary application.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize virtual platforms and digital tools confidently to support care delivery.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Active RN compact license required.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">PALS & BLS required</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EMS (EMT/P) experience and 2+ years of pediatric home care experience preferred</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bilingual Spanish is preferred</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, ideally including high-acuity settings (ED, urgent care, transport, or similar).</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1–2 years in pediatric emergency medicine experience.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfort driving long distances in varied weather conditions.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in the home environment.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfort with EMRs, virtual platforms, and mobile documentation tools.</li></ul>What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)The role offers a base hourly range of $44/hr - $48/hr in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
