<p style="line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">OpenLoop is looking for a <strong>Nurse Practitioner Team Lead</strong> to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for working with and managing our talented and growing group of providers (largely 1099) to ensure safe and effective care via telehealth across a variety of clients and conditions. </span></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The role will be split between clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities will include providing direct patient care via both asynchronous and synchronous consults in states of active licensure and collaboration. The Nurse Practitioner Team Lead will also work with and manage our talented and growing group of nurse practitioners (NPs) to ensure safe and effective care via telehealth across a variety of clients and conditions.</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"> </p><p style="line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work alongside other members of the clinical and operations leadership teams to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care via telemedicine to patients across the country for a wide variety of conditions.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and lead a team of nurse practitioners (NPs) in an environment of rapid growth.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish recurring 1:1s with nurse practitioners (NPs) as needed.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and quality initiatives for the above teams.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work alongside clinical and operations leadership to maintain quality, productivity, and performance improvement to promote practice growth and development.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be willing and able to engage in direct virtual patient care (both asynchronous and synchronous) across a variety of service lines.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify areas of process improvements and inefficiencies.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Client engagement as necessary.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Licensed and board-certified nurse practitioner (NP) degree required.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years experience managing nurse practitioners (NPs) or other healthcare professionals at a similar level in a US health system within the past 3 years or recent relevant experience required.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience in virtual care required.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience in clinical operations (or working closely with operations teams) preferred.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Availability to work extended hours and certain weekends. </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Active unrestricted medical license in at least 20 states within the United States is preferred.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience leading clinical teams, preferably with educational experience.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Computer proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, Zoho, Notion, Slack and other similar platforms. </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Able to quickly adapt to new technologies, such as software and operating systems.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Team player. </span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;
