Requirements
Schedule: 12-15 hours per week
Schedule Requirements: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am -
1:00pm ET; Every other Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm ET
Experience Requirements: Must have prior aesthetic medicine experience
License Requirements: Must hold active NP licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and
hold a MINIMUM of one (1) of the following state licenses: FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, and VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Good Faith Exams for clients receiving aesthetic services in compliance with state regulations
- Perform chart reviews and medical clearances via telehealth platforms
- Complete exams accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes
- Document evaluations thoroughly and compliantly within SEV’s systems
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Compliance, and Field Leadership teams
- Support assigned regional clinics with the flexibility to assist in other states as business needs change
- Stay current on Good Faith Exam requirements and scope-of-practice regulations by state
- Maintain active licensure and credentialing in all required states
Coverage Model
- Primary coverage responsibility assigned to a specific region
- Multi-state licensure required to allow coverage adjustments as SEV grows
- NP will not be responsible for covering all states simultaneously
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in multiple U.S. states (required states are OH, PA, FL, GA, MA, MD, NY, VA)
- Willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight strongly preferred
- Strong attention to compliance, documentation, and quality standards
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
