We are looking for a Talent Recruiter with direct clinical therapy experience to support high-volume sourcing and hiring, reporting directly to the Manager of Talent. This role will focus primarily on recruiting licensed mental health therapists nationwide, while also supporting provider recruitment as needs arise, and will have the opportunity to partner on corporate hiring priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, interviewing and hiring for the clinical team, sourcing and reviewing applications for key corporate roles, and managing candidate relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting, highly organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing as Talent Recruiter:

  • Facilitate high-volume interviewing and hiring for Brightside Health’s therapy team.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for therapy roles nationwide, from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with our provider recruitment team for sourcing and hiring support, given the demand.
  • Monitor candidate onboarding workflow, providing support for a seamless full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Review applications and resumes in the ATS, ensuring candidates are moved efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Conduct daily initial screens and interviews through video with candidates.
  • Post and refresh job listings to maintain visibility in target markets.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a timely, engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates for high-priority or urgent hiring needs.
  • Actively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms, and professional networks).
  • Have the opportunity to assist our corporate hiring initiatives across various departments.
  • Conduct targeted outreach for hard-to-fill roles and niche licensure needs.
  • Represent Brightside Health professionally and enthusiastically to all prospective hires.
  • Help maintain consistent, values-aligned touchpoints throughout the recruitment process.
  • Design compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position, optimizing them for candidate engagement and role requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must have a master's degree in a related counseling or psychology field, giving you unique insights into the skills and qualities needed for success in clinical positions
  • Prior experience working as a therapist, licensed or pre-licensed, is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience is a plus
  • 1+ years of clinical or healthcare interviewing / recruiting experience in high-growth environments is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and open to new technology
  • Experience sourcing candidates in highly competitive environments
  • Hands-on experience with high-volume and full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is a plus
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a huge plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with candidates
