Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are recruiting a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Massachusetts to join a telehealth program serving clients across the state. You’ll focus on consistent therapy sessions, clear documentation, and collaboration with a clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy appointments via secure video
• Conduct intakes, develop treatment plans and update them as needed
• Review complex clinical issues with a supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate, compliant notes and records
• Attend online supervision, trainings and case reviews
• Work within MA regulations and organizational standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or equivalent)
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Confident working with technology and remote systems
