Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist to serve adults and/or adolescents across the state. From Salt Lake City or nearby, you’ll offer video sessions, coordinate with a therapist supervisor, and follow clear care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Review treatment plans and risk issues with a supervising therapist
• Keep clinical notes current and compliant
• Participate in remote team huddles and supervision

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Utah license (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or equivalent)
• Experience in clinical mental health roles
• Comfortable working from home with telehealth tools
