Position: Full-Time
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
A Pennsylvania behavioral health organization is partnering with us to hire a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. From Harrisburg or elsewhere in PA, you’ll provide remote therapy, follow care protocols, and collaborate closely with a clinical supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Offer video-based therapy sessions using secure systems
• Conduct intakes, formulate treatment objectives and track progress
• Escalate higher-risk situations to a supervising therapist/clinical lead
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in online supervision and team meetings
• Comply with Pennsylvania practice and documentation standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Active PA license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent)
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Ability to work independently within a supervised framework
