Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Location: Annapolis, MD
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re supporting a Maryland behavioral health provider in hiring a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. Based in Annapolis or elsewhere in Maryland, you’ll see clients virtually, maintain structured treatment plans, and collaborate with a supervising clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete assessments, treatment planning and progress notes
• Meet regularly with a supervising therapist for consultation and oversight
• Attend online team meetings and trainings
• Manage a consistent caseload during standard business hours
• Comply with MD practice standards and internal protocols

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Active Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT or similar)
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment settings
• Comfortable with remote work and electronic records
