We're looking for mission-driven medical billers who care about creating positive impact, love solving challenging problems, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will help focus on payment posting remits to our system.
Analyze EOBs and post manual payments
Identify payers with payment posting issues
Accurately correct payment posting errors
Investigate payment issues while addressing outstanding payment discrepancies and denials to expedite resolution
Document all payment-related activities and communications thoroughly and accurately.
2+ years experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans (especially in the autism space) with payment posting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience working with all commercial and government payor portals
Knowledge of the denials, and corrections
Minimum availability of 35 hours/week during core business hours
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
