Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in Union City, California

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about virtual care and eager to support individuals, couples, and families through remote therapy. Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
- Perform intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation using EHR systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when needed
- Stay up to date with licensure and CE requirements
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in California (required)
- Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Access to a private, professional workspace and reliable internet
- Must reside in California or be familiar with CA-specific laws and client needs
