Urgent Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Marriage and Family. The primary focus of the LMFT is to provide unparalleled clinical service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care. You will provide a wide range of services in support of multidisciplinary teams with an emphasis on outpatient practices.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
This position is a Quick start. You must be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide clinical treatment interventions such as brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counseling.
- Consult and collaborate with other disciplines for the care and treatment of patients and participates in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination.
- Performs assessments that assist with and facilitate transitional care planning and coordination that links patients with community resources and services
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate level of intervention, education, and counseling services within the context of marriage, couples and family systems as well as individual biopsychosocial dimensions with specific solution-focused, attainable therapeutic goals
- Provides education and counseling services to individuals that encourage the development of life skills and strategies for coping and confronting issues
- Review patient files, gather data, and complete reports and other required documentation.
- Make recommendations to the care teams, effectively communicate, and collaborate with the patient and all disciplines involved in the care of the patients
- Document and evaluate patients’ progress with programming and facilitates discharges and transfers in coordination with other treatment and rehabilitative programs.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LMFT in California or multiple states, committed to high standards of practice.
- Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
- Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
- Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support
