Job Title: Marriage and Family Therapist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic counseling to clients and families on a range of personal and interpersonal issues.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather essential background and progress information.
- Maintain detailed, accurate client records and produce comprehensive reports and evaluations.
- Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources as part of a holistic care approach.
- Contribute expertise in structured tasks to support and train AI models, enhancing their ability to recognize and respond to behavioral health scenarios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and compassion.
- Strong organizational skills with a high standard for documentation and confidentiality.
- Ability to assess client needs, develop effective interventions, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Technological proficiency and comfort participating in remote and digital programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training, mentoring, or supervising in clinical or educational settings.
- Background in contributing to technology or AI-driven health initiatives.
- Bilingual skills or experience supporting diverse communities.
