Job Description

Genesis Balance Counseling is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) to provide outpatient counseling services to clients in North Carolina.

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career clinician seeking professional growth, mentorship, consistent referrals, and the support of an organized private practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to adult clients
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
• Build therapeutic rapport and provide ethical, client-centered care
• Maintain a reliable weekly schedule and appointment availability
• Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and referrals
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and North Carolina licensure standards
• Participate in supervision, consultation, or team meetings as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
