Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)

Location: Aiea, HI
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Provide therapy sessions by video to clients across Hawaii. You’ll complete assessments, guide ongoing therapy, and keep documentation consistent within a supportive remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct intakes, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate notes and EMR documentation
• Participate in consults and clinical meetings
• Support quality review activities as assigned
• Coordinate care when clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Active Hawaii license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms daily
