Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Join our virtual mental health team serving individuals throughout Indiana. You’ll provide consistent, structured therapy, focusing on symptom reduction, coping skills, and practical strategies clients can apply between sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
• Create individualized treatment plans and measure progress
• Maintain detailed electronic records and follow documentation standards
• Respond to client messages and care coordination needs within policy timelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Requirements

• Active Indiana license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
• Experience with common outpatient diagnoses (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD)
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
