Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Minnesota-licensed clinician to provide telehealth therapy across the state. You’ll complete intakes, deliver ongoing sessions, and document progress in a way that keeps treatment plans clear for both client and care team. This is steady, weekday clinical work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and required records
• Participate in consults and trainings
• Support case review and documentation quality tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong organization and documentation skills
