About the Role
We’re hiring LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs to deliver evidence-based therapy for clients across California. This position provides the chance to work full-time in a supportive environment where client well-being and clinician success are top priorities.

Details

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with diverse populations
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• 2+ years of direct clinical experience
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
